Booking Terms & Conditions

Payment terms: Advanced deposit of at least 50% of the total or full payment is required to secure your services. You can choose to pay either by bank transfer or Paypal. If you pay by bank transfer, a surcharge for banking fees is required.

Cancellation: Cancellations only become effective once Ethnic Travel receives notification of cancellation in writing. Customers also receive our cancellation acknowledgment.

Should you be forced to cancel your booking, the following terms will apply:
 

  • More than 20 days before departure there is no cancellation fee.
  • 20-10 days before departure, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total charge.
  • Less than 10 days before the departure the cancellation fee is 100% of the total charge.


Refunds:
 

  • Full refund for cancellation due to bad weather or unexpected cases that prevent or stop the tour.
  • No refunds will be made for unused services or no-shows. Please allow up to 07 working days
    for the refund to appear in your account.


Other conditions

 

  • Children under 3 years of age - free of charge.
  • Children from 4 to 8 years sharing beds with parents - charge at 50% at the adult rate.
  • A child aged from 8 to under 12 sharing the same room with parents and using an extra bed will be charged at 75% of the adult rate.
  •  Two children aged from 5 under 8 stay in another room - charged at 100% of the adult rate.
  • Children 12 years old and over will be charged at the adult rate.
