Day 1 Ho Chi Minh City - Cai Be - Can Tho

Departing from Ho Chi Minh City between 8:00 am and 8:30 am, we journey to Cai Be, where we board a boat to explore the lush, watery landscape of the Mekong Delta. Along the riverbanks, coconut palms, rice fields, orchards, and charming stilted houses create a picturesque scene, while the waterways buzz with boats of all kinds.

As we float along, the Mekong Delta comes to life, bustling with fishing boats, cargo vessels, and even floating houses. We take a leisurely stroll to explore a local market, various cottage industries, and vibrant fruit orchards. In the afternoon, we continue our journey to Can Tho, where we spend the night with a local family to immerse ourselves in their way of life. (Lunch and dinner are included)

Day 2 Can Tho - Ben Tre

This morning, we embark on an early boat trip to explore the bustling floating market of Cai Rang, followed by a journey along the fertile tributaries of the Mekong River. Our next destination is Ben Tre province, renowned for its lush fruit orchards, winding rivers, and historical significance as a former Viet Cong stronghold during the Vietnam War. Here, we leisurely cycle along the picturesque banks of the Ham Luong River.

In the late afternoon, we immerse ourselves in the warmth of local hospitality as we join a friendly family for cooking demonstrations. Together, we learn to prepare authentic Vietnamese dishes, including succulent Coconut Cake, zesty dipping sauces, and fresh Spring Rolls, among others. We then indulge in the family's gracious hospitality as we join them for dinner, experiencing firsthand their way of life. The night is spent in their welcoming home, providing us with a unique opportunity to experience the river life. (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included)

Day 3 Ben Tre - Ho Chi Minh City

Our exploration of the delta's waterways and thriving farms includes a boat journey along the Ham Luong River, followed by a leisurely bicycle ride through quaint villages and picturesque farmlands. After a delicious lunch with our hosts, we'll board our vehicle for the return journey to Ho Chi Minh City, arriving around 5 pm.
