Day 1 Hanoi - Halong Bay
This morning, we start from our hotel located in Hanoi's Old Quarter between 7:30 am and 8:00 am. We travel by minibus for 3.5 hours to Halong Bay, passing through the early morning streets of Hanoi on our way to this spectacular World Heritage-listed site.
Halong Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay are breathtaking secluded harbors with approximately 1,600 limestone islands jutting out of the waters of the Tonkin Gulf.
Upon arrival, we board our boat and naviate through the stunning water scenery, the towering limestone cliffs emerge above us the bay, giving us time to relax and appreciate the sublime beauty of the bay.
We explore the Cave of Surprise, filled with stunning stalactites and stalagmites. Following the Surprise Cave we relax on Tip Top Island Beach. Those feeling energetic and wishing for a closer view of the scenic rock formations can climb aboard a sea kayak for a leisurely exploration of the bay.
With great food and beautiful surroundings, we enjoy an unforgettable evening aboard beneath the night sky, accompanied by the gentle sounds of waves lapping at the hull. (Lunch and dinner are included)
Day 2 Halong Bay - Hanoi
