The Mekong Delta, with its meandering waterways and flourishing daily life, is a place not to be missed. Riverbanks are laden with coconut palms, rice fields, orchards and stilted houses. The water is teeming with boats of all shapes and sizes and the Mekong comes alive as you navigate past fishing boats, cargo vessels and even floating houses.

Day 1 Ho Chi Minh City - Cai Be - Ben Tre 

Departing from Ho Chi Minh City between 7:45 am and 8:00 am, we embark on a scenic drive to Ben Tre, where our adventure into the verdant world of the Mekong Delta begins. As we board our boats, we're greeted by a panorama of coconut palms, rice fields, orchards, and charming stilted houses lining the riverbanks, while the water bustles with boats of all shapes and sizes.

The Mekong Delta comes to life as we leisurely cruise past fishing boats, cargo vessels, and even floating houses. Along the way, we'll visit bonsai gardens, observe various cottage industries, and explore lush fruit orchards. In the afternoon, we continue our journey to Ben Tre province, known for its abundant fruit orchards, winding rivers, and historical significance as a former Viet Cong stronghold during the Vietnam War.

Here, we'll enjoy a delightful stroll along the tranquil banks of the Ham Luong River before settling in with a hospitable local family for a cooking demonstration. Tonight, we'll have the unique opportunity to experience river life firsthand as we stay in a local home. (Lunch and dinner are included)

Day 2 Ben Tre - Can Tho 

Our exploration of the delta's waterways and thriving farms begins with a tranquil boat ride on the Hau River, followed by a scenic bicycle tour along its verdant banks. Along the way, we'll pedal past mango groves and fruit orchards, with the freedom to stop at our leisure to indulge in the delta's delectable harvests and engage with local communities. Afterthat, we'll board our vehicle and journey to Can Tho for the night, where a comfortable hotel awaits. (Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included


Day 3 Can Tho - Phu Quoc Island

This morning, our exploration continues with a peaceful boat journey to discover the fertile tributaries of the Mekong River, leading us to the floating village of Cai Rang. Here, we'll withness the way of life, observing the intricate waterways. Next, we'll take a short flight to Phu Quoc Island, where a tranquil resort awaits us for the night. (Breakfast and lunch are included)


Day 4 Phu Quoc Island

Enjoy leisure time on Phu Quoc Island. The night is spent in the same resort. (Breakfast is included)


Day 5 Phu Quoc Island - Ho Chi Minh City

Enjoy leisure time on Phu Quoc Island. Early in the afternoon we board our return flight to Ho Chi Minh City. The trip ends on arrival in Ho Chi Minh City (approximately 4pm). We are dropped off at Ho Chi Minh City airport or our hotel. (Breakfast is included)
